1. Who we are and these terms

Fightzy is operated by [Business legal name and registration number], [Business postal address, Israel]. These terms are an agreement between you and us when you use fightzy websites and apps ("Fightzy"). Our privacy policy, cookie policy and refund policy are part of them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fightzy.

2. Who can use Fightzy

You must be at least 16 (18 to buy a paid plan or to be a partner). If you use Fightzy for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

3. The service

Every week Fightzy shows fight and self-defense videos that are performing well, our own analysis of why, and ideas, scripts and plans to film your own versions, plus tools like the idea lab, the media kit and progress tracking. Features may change as we improve the product. During the beta some features are free and may be limited.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online. Refunds, the 14-day money-back and your country-specific rights are explained in the refund policy. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are added where the law requires.

5. Your content and conduct

• You keep all rights in what you create or upload (for example your media kit text and photo). You give us only the permission needed to store and show it to you in Fightzy.
• Don't use Fightzy to break the law or other people's rights, to harass, threaten or shame anyone, to post violent content that glorifies harm, or to share other people's personal data.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post on (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Don't attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer Fightzy, or try to get around limits or security.
• Numbers you enter in your media kit must be true. Don't mislead brands.

6. Other creators' content and copyright

Videos shown in Fightzy belong to their creators. We only link to them or show them through the platforms' official embeds, next to our own analysis. We don't host or re-upload them, and Fightzy doesn't give you any right to re-upload them. Make your own version, or get permission from the owner. If you believe something on Fightzy infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the link, proof that you own the rights, and your contact details; we'll review it and remove it quickly where appropriate. Event and brand names and logos shown in Fightzy belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

7. AI features

Some features (like scripts and idea suggestions) are produced by AI. They can be wrong or unsuitable. Check them before you use them, especially self-defense advice, facts about real events and anything involving other people. You are responsible for what you publish.

8. Training and filming safely

Martial arts and self-defense carry a risk of injury. Fightzy gives content ideas, not coaching or medical advice. Train within your level, with qualified supervision, and with the consent of everyone you film. To film minors you need their parents' or guardians' permission. Never stage or film real violence, and never film people in situations where it could put them at risk.

9. Partners, brands and sponsors

The partner program and brand listings have their own terms on those pages. Fightzy may show brands that run athlete programs or that asked to be listed, but any sponsorship deal is between you and the brand; we are not a party to it and don't guarantee any brand's terms or payments. Disclose sponsorships and partner links when you post, as the law requires.

10. Our rights

Fightzy's software, design, brand and our own analysis and texts belong to us. You may use them for your own content creation; you may not copy, resell or republish Fightzy itself or its weekly reports.

11. No guarantee of results

We share what's working for others and how to make your own version, but views, followers, students, sales and sponsorships depend on many things outside our control. We don't promise any specific result. Numbers shown (like "times above normal views" or "time you saved") are estimates.

12. Liability

We work hard to keep Fightzy available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer – including under the EU and UK consumer laws, the Australian Consumer Law and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

13. Ending the service

You can stop using Fightzy and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law; if we end a paid plan without your fault, we refund the unused part.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Please contact us first – most issues are solved by email.

15. Changes and contact
